IT‑Works is an award‑winning 16‑week program that transforms lives and launches careers. Designed for young adults ages 18–26 who are high‑achieving high school graduates and have not yet enrolled in college, IT‑Works provides a free, immersive pathway into the information technology field.
Participants receive hands‑on technical training, earn an industry‑recognized professional IT certification, and complete a real‑world internship with leading corporations and nonprofit organizations. This combination of classroom learning and practical experience equips students with the skills, confidence, and professional exposure needed to enter the workforce immediately.

CX‑Works is a DFCTC workforce development program that prepares young adults for high‑growth careers in Customer Experience. Designed for individuals in the Las Vegas community who are ready to launch their professional journey, CX‑Works provides free, hands‑on job training focused on the skills needed to excel in customer service and call center environments.
Participants immerse themselves in the core competencies of Customer Experience—communication, problem‑solving, professionalism, customer engagement, and service excellence. The program equips students with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools required to succeed in diverse customer service roles across multiple industries.

Our mission is to make coding education accessible. To support this, DFCTC is actively establishing official partnerships with lenders who specialize in financing code‑school programs, ensuring that more students—regardless of financial background—can attend and succeed.
