Volunteer Opportunities with DFCTC
 

DFCTC offers a variety of meaningful volunteer opportunities for individuals and organizations who want to support technology education, workforce development, and nonprofit capacity‑building across the Twin Cities. Volunteers play a vital role in expanding access to high‑quality digital skills training and strengthening the impact we make in our community.
 

Professional Development Volunteers
 

Our workforce development programs rely on dedicated volunteers who lead professional development sessions every Friday. Volunteers also provide mentorship, career guidance, and internship placement opportunities for students preparing to enter the IT field.

Committee & Board Service
 

DFCTC welcomes experienced leaders to serve in governance and advisory roles. Opportunities include:

Special Projects.

  • Our PC Donation Program, made possible through a corporate volunteer partnership

  • Our npCloud Cloud Readiness Assessment, supported by specialized volunteer expertise
